What is Reformer & Tower Pilates?

Supportive and gentle — or the hardest workout of your life.

If you have ever thought Pilates was too hard, let me show you how it can feel supportive and gentle. The Reformer — now paired with a Tower — meets your body where it is, adding spring support where you need it and taking it away when you're ready.

With the Reformer, Tower, mat, and small apparatus in one room, there are many more ways to work: more variety, more progressions, more options for your body on any given day.

And if you want to be challenged, I can take you there too.

"Transformational, empowering, and simply the best!"

Working with Ivonne has been a game-changer for both my body and mindset. Her Pilates instruction is nothing short of exceptional — every session is thoughtfully crafted, deeply engaging, and tailored to push you just the right amount. She notices the smallest details, offers precise correction, and celebrates every milestone with you. I've seen real, lasting results — not just in strength and flexibility, but in confidence and posture too.

"I've never experienced anything quite like it."

I've tried just about every type of workout out there, and I can honestly say nothing compares to a 1:1 reformer session with Ivonne. The level of attention to detail was unmatched, every movement was intentional, every correction made a difference, and I truly felt seen and supported the entire time. This wasn't just a workout, it was one of the most effective sessions I've ever had for my body. I walked away feeling stronger, more aligned, and more aware of how to move correctly. You can tell there's so much knowledge and care behind what she does. If you're on the fence, this is absolutely worth it.
